The when to raid what thread

As we're raiding right now, we are focused on first getting whatever bosses we already downed down, then we move towards the bosses that we haven't downed yet.
This leads to the Thursday raid being the lootfest, while the other raids will be the raids where we wipe a lot and kill 1 or 2 bosses.

Now that we soon have cleared all content I suggest that we will put our focus of raid content in another way.
We should do this for a couple of reasons, first of all - people that wants gear will think of the thursday raid as the most important raid, and in the long run might sign up for that.
Second of all we have a bit more dps and healers that we can bring to the raid, and the person sitting over on a thursday will therefore miss a lot on the opportunities of picking up loot.

So my suggestion is basically that we run one run at a time - for instance, when we're going bastion of twilight first on thursday then we stay there for the progress bosses instead of simply moving to blackwing descent as soon as we encounter something hard.

This will first of all make the other raids (sunday and tuesday) more attractive as we'll have more bosskills and less wipes.
Furthermore, once we start clearing the content (which we are close to) we might be able to completely clear one instance thursday. This would be beneficial for our gear progress and therefore our raid progress because the people that didn't show up for that raid or sit over would be able to pug that instance.

Since we are 1-2 dps more, and 1 healer more this could mean a lucky item pickup or 2 every week, and sitting over wouldn't be just as bad (even though pugging sucks and having a guild run is more fun in every way).

Anyways, this is just a suggestion and I am just fine with the way we are raiding now as well, so no hard feelings or anything

I just thought this might be a smart way to get faster gear on all of our members, letting people sitting over suffer less, and make the last raids of the week less of a wipe fest and a bit more fun, in the end we should be spending about the same amount of time on all bosses anyway
